House of Lords Biographies

KnowUK contains information on all Members of the House of Lords who have attained the Age of Legal Majority and who have not taken Leave of Absence from the House. Biographical details of politicians and civil servants are compiled by Dods Parliamentary Communications using official sources and are updated monthly in KnowUK. These include Hansards for both Houses, the Order Paper, the Lords Minute, the Register of Members' Interests and the Weekly Information Bulletin.
